What is in scope.

Scope
Maintain the remediation register and dashboard, conduct two stakeholder working sessions and one management review, coordinate owners and dependencies, track escalations and prepare monthly program reporting. A quarterly priorities review is incorporated within the twenty-hour monthly allowance. Customer personnel retain responsibility for implementing and accepting remediation.
Deliverables
Maintained remediation register, dashboard, monthly program status and action summary.
Not included
No 24/7 service, incident response, system operation or remediation ownership.
