We learned after twenty years in industrial markets that everybody wants the same thing
Altura Holdings builds an AI-native market maker inside industrial markets, connecting suppliers carrying a high cost of acquisition to enterprises that are buying under deadline with fewer people than they used to have. Both sides are paying for the same missing information.
What we believeWhat's broken, and what we do about it
The Atlantic got expensive.
Thirty years of sending work across oceans is ending. AI took the tasks that travelled well and tariffs took the rest. Meanwhile everything the work needs is already on this side of the map: the resources, the plants, the energy, and the engineers who have commissioned these exact units.
We work one hemisphere. Houston to Medellín. One working day, two languages.
Industrials were the last to change how they buy.
Every other sector rebuilt procurement in the last decade. Industrials did not, because the work resists it. An aerospace part and a mud motor are still configured, specified, built and commissioned by people. Robots do not put these things together. And none of these sectors are going anywhere.
So we rebuilt the buying, not the building.
Suppliers spend a year hunting for buyers.
Conferences, flights, proposals that go nowhere. Twelve to eighteen months and real money to win one contract, and the buyer pays for all of it, priced into the final number.
We have the research and the access. We bring you in before the requirement is written.
Buyers search under deadline with a shrinking bench.
The people who knew who to call are retiring faster than they are replaced. What leaves with them is not a process. It is a list of names, and a sense of who can actually do the work.
We hand you a shortlist. Scoped, priced and qualified before you had to go looking.
Capability exists. Access does not.
The certifications are the same. The engineers have commissioned the same units, to the same standards, for the same operators. There is just no door.
We are the door.
An expanding Americas footprint
Every supplier Altura represents is based in the Americas. That is a rule, not a preference, and it is the reason the work moves at the pace it does: one working day, one set of standards, and a team that operates in English and Spanish without anything being translated in between.

Tech, hard hats and steel toes
Nobody reads an industrial market from a desk, and nobody reads one at scale from a truck. It takes all three.
AI-native, running continuously
The Lexfi Altura Engine reads public evidence: permits, filings, hiring, craft-board postings. It surfaces movement long before a requirement is written down.
Live, with partners
Every conversation with a buyer or a supplier is documented and enriched. The record compounds; it is the part of Altura that gets more valuable while we sleep.
Boots on the ground
Someone who has stood on a turnaround can tell you which of these signals matters. We go and look. There is no substitute and there is no shortcut.
A broker takes a cut of a transaction. A market maker removes the friction and gets paid for what they removed.
Altura does the finding, scoping, qualifying and pricing once, and publishes the result as an offering anyone can read. The cost is spread across everyone who uses it instead of being paid again by every party, separately, in the dark. We introduce no one who could have found each other, we publish no directory of supplier names, and we do not match listings that already exist. Altura lowers the cost of selling into industrial markets, and the cost of buying in them. Replies inside one business day.
Twenty years on the floor, not in a deck

I built it. Scaled it. Sold it. Now I help company leaders do the same, faster.
Teo Gutierrez has been CEO, CRO, COO, startup leader and enterprise buyer inside B2B industrial companies for 17+ years, including a chemical company built and sold out of Houston. He has been on both sides of the table this site is about: the one trying to win the contract, and the one trying to award it.
He is also CEO of Lexfi, the AI research platform now pointed at industrial markets, and the engine behind how Altura reads a sector and prices the work. You will be dealing with a person, not a portal.
