- Define up to five exercise objectives, develop one tailored OT cyber incident scenario with up to eight injects, and facilitate a three-hour discussion for up to twelve participants. Examine decision-making, communications, operational consequences and recovery coordination, and capture observations and corrective actions in an after-action report.
